Longfor Intelligent Living fully empowers property management and commercial operations with advanced technology. Longfor Intelligent Living carries out standardised property services in 13 major business sectors in over 100 cities, with customer satisfaction rates exceeding 90% for 15 consecutive years. As of December 2023, Longfor Intelligent Living serves 3.25 million homeowners and provides commercial operation services to 91 shopping centres.
As a constituent stock of the Hang Seng ESG Index, Longfor Group has garnered recognition from the market for its achievements in environmental protection, social responsibility, corporate governance, public welfare, and charity. It has received the 'China Charity Award,' the highest government honor in China's public welfare and charity sector, for two consecutive years. Our MSCI ESG rating for 2023 has improved by two levels to AA.
